Get the right help

Clear requests lead to faster assistance.

Use the secure Portal to open and track support tickets. Include the relevant service, issue, evidence and requested outcome so the correct team can respond.

Faster response

Help our team diagnose the issue quickly.

Choose the service

Select the correct company, project or service record.

Explain clearly

Describe what happened, when it started and what you expected.

Add evidence

Attach screenshots, links, references and exact error messages without exposing passwords.

Track one ticket

Follow replies in the same ticket instead of opening duplicates.

Ticket priority

Select urgency responsibly.

NORMAL

General request

Questions, routine changes, guidance or issues without material operational interruption.

HIGH

Important disruption

A significant service function is unavailable or affecting important work.

URGENT

Critical incident

Major outage, suspected security event or serious business interruption requiring immediate triage.

Response time depends on service coverage, priority, business hours, issue complexity, third-party systems and the information provided. “Urgent” does not guarantee instant resolution.

Support rules

Before opening a ticket.

What should never be included?

Do not send passwords, OTP codes, card PINs, full banking credentials or unnecessary personal information. Use an approved secure method when controlled access is genuinely required.

How can I get a faster response?

Provide one clear issue per ticket, select the correct service, add the relevant reference and attach readable evidence. Continue communication in the same ticket.

What if the issue concerns payment?

Include the invoice number and transaction reference, but conceal unrelated account information. Billing verification may require additional confirmation.

Can support perform additional work?

Requests outside the purchased service or support scope may require a new quotation, purchase request or approval before work starts.

How are abusive or unauthorized requests handled?

AAO may restrict abusive, fraudulent, unsafe or unauthorized requests and may require identity or account verification before disclosing information or making changes.

Need assistance now?

Open one clear ticket and monitor every update.
